GREENWICH, OH - Sometimes drivers want to keep things calm and cool inside their vehicles. That's why the heat and sound control experts at Thermo-Tec developed the versatile Suppressor sound and heat control mat.
The double threat Suppressor is ideal for when both sound and radiant heat control is needed. The combination of polyethylene inner film and foil surface provides direct protection from radiant heat up to 2,000 degrees and direct temperatures up to 300 degrees. Likewise, the innovative material and construction of the Suppressor greatly reduces in-cab noise, which is often a nuisance for drivers and passengers when on the road in classic vehicles and restorations.
Great for areas like firewalls, floorboards and doors, the suppressor features a high-temperature adhesive backing, and is easy to trim and fit any floorboard. Kits include two 12" x 12" pieces, one 24" x 36" piece, or a 36" x 60" piece, ready to cut and fit any application.
